A lot of people wonder why both men and women want affairs. Every situation is different and every person has different needs. This makes it difficult to be able to give a clear cut reason why people want to have affairs on their spouses. However, there are a couple of reasons that usually will have something to do with what the reasoning behind it is.
Unfulfilled Marriages
It usually all comes down to one or both of the spouses being unfulfilled in their marriage. Whether they are unfulfilled sexually or emotionally they may need to find another person that can pick up the slack where their spouse leaves off. You will find that there are a lot of people that have affairs and don’t expect very much from the person that they are having the affair with. This is usually because they only want to find a person that can satisfy them in a way that their spouse cannot.
Needing Excitement
It is usually also because married people tend to become bored. If you are married and you have been for a while it is common that you will become bored with your spouse as well as your life with them. When a person gets bored they will often look for something or someone different. Whenever you add a new person to your life you will be able to get the excitement that you have been craving.
Not Happy
It also can come right down to the person no longer loving or being happy with their spouse but not wanting to go through the financial nightmare of divorce.
